What's your refund policy?
If a product purchased is not to your satisfaction, you can request a refund (with a few exceptions) within 7 days of receipt, by submitting a support ticket here.
In such event, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price or credit for other purchases from the site.
Please note that if a product is not refundable, it will be clearly stated on the order form
